We've collected some of the most common questions we get about the Thoughtpost platform and our social media management tools.
Thoughtpost is a social media management platform. Our mission is to build tools that connect business associations and their members in social media.
For basic member accounts, Thoughtpost is free. Associations pay a monthly fee for the more advanced features. We have multiple pricing plans depending on the features you need.
We currently support Facebook and Twitter, and we will be adding support for Instagram and LinkedIn in the near future.
That just means we make tools to help you save time and take shortcuts when you are updating your pages or following content from other business pages.
Association accounts are for users who administer one or more pages for a business association, such as a chamber of commerce or trade association. Member accounts are for users who have business pages and belong to one or more associations.
So, for example, the local chamber of commerce would want to create an association account so it can manage a list of members, and a restaurant that belongs to the chamber would create a member account.
